Dr. Korallia Lamprou obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Thessaly in 2019, establishing a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.

She subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management at the Open University of Cyprus, further enhancing her academic background with specialized knowledge in healthcare administration, organizational management, and the operation of modern healthcare services.

Dr. Lamprou completed her specialization in General / Family Medicine at Nicosia General Hospital and Archbishop Makarios III Hospital. During her residency, she gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic conditions. She trained and worked across a broad spectrum of medical and surgical specialties, including the Emergency Department, thereby developing comprehensive and well-rounded clinical expertise.

As part of her specialty training, she served in Primary Health Care Centers in the Nicosia district, where she acquired substantial experience in community-based medicine and preventive care.

She holds certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) from the European Resuscitation Council and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) from the American College of Surgeons. In addition, she serves as a National Classifier for the Cyprus Basketball Federation, specializing in the classification of wheelchair basketball athletes.

Dr. Lamprou is dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate medical care, placing strong emphasis on active listening, meaningful communication, and evidence-based clinical decision-making in accordance with contemporary international guidelines. Her approach is holistic, focusing not only on treatment but also on prevention, systematic follow-up, and the overall enhancement of her patients’ quality of life.

She remains committed to continuous professional development, actively participating in scientific conferences and educational programs, and consistently integrating up-to-date, evidence-based medical practices into her daily clinical work.

Since 2026, Dr. Lamprou has been working within the General Healthcare System (GHS – GeSY) of Cyprus as a Personal Doctor for Adults, offering ongoing and dependable medical care while building trusting, long-term relationships with her patients.
